This primary school approached WC Evans & Sons Ltd to replace their existing gates, which had reached the end of their service life. The requirement was for new gates that would not only provide robust security but also enhance the appearance of the site. The project involved replacing one set of double-leaf fire access gates together with three single pedestrian access gates.

WC Evans & Sons Ltd provided a complete design and fabrication service, taking the project from concept through to completion. To give the client full confidence in the end result, CAD drawings were supplied in advance, allowing the school to review and approve the proposed designs before work began on site.

The gates were then custom-fabricated with decorative laser-cut tree motifs, produced in collaboration with our trusted supply chain and seamlessly incorporated into the overall design. Each gate was then expertly finished with a durable powder-coated coating, delivering a long-life, low-maintenance solution that combines functionality with visual appeal.
